Fort Worth Longhorn Cattle Drive

Step back in time to the wild west, where cattle were driven down Fort Worth streets to the stockyards. The Fort Worth Herd of 16 longhorns stroll down streets driven by authentic cowhands on horseback. Kids will love to see these giant docile longhorns in recreating history.


Cattle drives are daily 11:30 am and 4:00 pm (weather permitting). Drives are not held on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Free. Arrive early to get a good spot to view the longhorns.
Special needs:
Visitors stand on the sidewalk, so arrive early to get a good view. The sidewalk is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
