Located between DFW and Waco, this free museum is a great place to stop to view fossils from Texas and beyond.   Texas Through Time also facilitates the preservation and reconstruction of fossils.

Texas Through Time inspires future paleontologists with a variety of kid-friendly hands-on exhibits.   Guided museum tours and storytime sessions provide educational opportunities. Lab tours go behind-the-scenes to watch fossils being prepared.   Grab a fossil dig box to excavate and keep your own fossil!

Stop by the museum gift shop with books, fossils and minerals available for purchase.
